Roberto Goiriz started out working for foreign publishers, such as Abril and Press, both from Sao Paulo. He self-published several comic books, alone or with Editorial El Lector, and edited the humor magazine El Raudal. He created the character 'Isabella' with the famous scriptwriter Robin Wood, which was later continued by the artista Alfredo Falugi. Goiriz is president of "El círculo de Creativos del Paraguay" and an illustrator for the newspaper ABC and the educational publications of Océano in Spain. For the US market, he has done comic book art for Griot Enterprises ('Purge: Black, Red and Deadly'), Bzz Bee Café (eponymous title), Affinity Press ('Nikolas Klon') and Deadboy Press ('The Cure'). In 2005, he teamed up with Robin Wood again to create 'Warrior-M'.
